BeeCee Care is dedicated to my beloved Nan & Pop, Barbara and Cecil (pictured), who were both very dear to my heart.

Hi, my name is Michelle, or Shell as I like to be called. I have only recently started BeeCee Care but rest assured, I am no stranger to Aged Care & Disability Support. Having witnessed my own Grandparents, being transferred to an Aged Care Facility that they did not enjoy, I decided to make it my mission to help others in need and allow them to stay in their own homes for as long as possible, to allow them to have a more enjoyable and peaceful life. Once I have developed a relationship with my clients, they become like a second family to me. From a young age, I have always had a passion for caring and helping those in need. I love making people feel at home in my presence and enjoy seeing the smiles on people's faces as they relive happy memories and create new ones. I have a loving and caring nature and an easy going personality, I believe this helps me to bond very easily with all walks of life. Starting a career in Support has been a dream of mine for quite some time now. I have almost two years' experience as a support worker, however I had to put my career on hold after an accident. It has been a year and a half of recovery, and I am now ready to get back out there and continue helping those in need. I can not wait to meet new people in our community :-)
